Danica Leslie

Danica Leslie has been with the OU Libraries since 2020 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Library Technology Operations. In this role, she oversees the teams responsible for ensuring that that Libraries systems, platforms, and workflows support the discoverability, access, use, and preservation of libraries resources. She holds an MBA and a BS in Organizational Leadership, is certified in Agile Executive Leadership and Six Sigma methodologies, and has a strong background in product and project management, process improvement, and fostering inclusive, collaborative environments.
